My experience with ECC was wonderful, they were very fair and honest. Their work was exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.
I found my experience working with ECC was very smooth. The employee was very courteous and reliable as he showed up when he promised and was able to explain the cleaning process. He did a great job cleaning my carpets and the recliner that was dirty and I would recommend his services to anyone. I found there was a lot of people out there offering the same services but not as reliable or as economical as ECC. I have been using Michael and ECC for 12 years. There has not been a wine stain, cupcake frosting, chocolate or pet stain that he hasn’t gotten rid of. He is always friendly, polite, affordable, fast and my carpets, furniture and tile always looks amazing after. I look forward to him coming because I know that I am getting the best!
