If I could rate this place 6 stars I would. Geoff went above and BEYOND to help me get this car. He is the epitome of excellent customer service. He spent extra hours to set me up for the car and for my future. He constantly reassured me and explained everything perfect! (coming from a first time buyer who was nervous) He was outstanding. Him and his team really know what they’re doing! Grateful to have crossed paths with this great man!
I bought a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder at the end of August. Less than 200 miles later, the car is in the shop with a bad ECM/PCM. They sold the car knowing it was bad, cleared the codes, and said there was nothing wrong with it. The warranty they offer doesn't cover anything! Stay away!
This was my first time buying a car. Will honestly made this the quickest, easiest, most convenient process I could have ever imagined. I love my new car and the customer service was amazing. I had a thousand questions and he had answers for every one of them. I am so very happy. I highly recommend stopping by to check this place out!
These positive reviews are accurate! My experience, in dealing with them was excellent. I've had my car close to a month, I admit I did pay to much for my car, but so far so good, I have found problems and which the lot is, buy is so if you don't have understanding to what you are getting and possibly getting into, that is you, ecars was very patient, I taken a very long test drive which they obviously didn't like, but I was able to make a choice.
