Let me start by saying, Will was wonderful! He was very attentive, patient, and extremely accommodating to my work schedule. Now, the mechanic who checks the vehicles needs to be fired immediately! In a matter of 2.5 weeks, I’ve had issues with TWO vehicles. The first vehicle was a 2017 Ford Explorer and the check engine light came on during the test drive, Will had the mechanic check it, and it was the spark plugs originally. If I could rate this place 6 stars I would. Geoff went above and BEYOND to help me get this car. He is the epitome of excellent customer service. He spent extra hours to set me up for the car and for my future. He constantly reassured me and explained everything perfect! (coming from a first time buyer who was nervous) He was outstanding. Him and his team really know what they’re doing! Grateful to have crossed paths with this great man!
I bought a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder at the end of August. Less than 200 miles later, the car is in the shop with a bad ECM/PCM. They sold the car knowing it was bad, cleared the codes, and said there was nothing wrong with it. The warranty they offer doesn't cover anything! Stay away!
This was my first time buying a car. Will honestly made this the quickest, easiest, most convenient process I could have ever imagined. I love my new car and the customer service was amazing.
