My daughter purchased her first car today. Will And his team were very kind and patient with us. They even detailed her car before we left the lot.! We had the car checked out before we bought it. Everything was good with it.. We highly recommend this dealership! Thank you Will!
Agreed to an out the door price. Never mentioned anything about a cash only price. We completed an application got approved came back the next day to purchase the car and was told the out the door price given the day before was the cash only price. An out the door is an out the door price. It should not matter if the car is being financed. Was not impressed with Will the sales person. Horrible business practice and ethics. Anyway we found a better vehicle 2 days later from Jake at Sebar.
Will was FANTASTIC in helping me find our wife’s Bronco. If you are in the area looking for a car these guys rock. Super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. 10/10 recommend.
If I could rate this place 6 stars I would. Geoff went above and BEYOND to help me get this car. He is the epitome of excellent customer service. He spent extra hours to set me up for the car and for my future. He constantly reassured me and explained everything perfect! (coming from a first time buyer who was nervous) He was outstanding. Him and his team really know what they’re doing! Grateful to have crossed paths with this great man!
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Less than a month after purchasing my car, the brake lights came on and I started hearing a loud noise in the back. They promised to fix it, but after leaving my car with them for seven days, absolutely nothing was done. I never received a single update unless I called myself. Now, weeks later, I’m being told the mechanic is in the hospital — but that doesn’t excuse the complete lack of communication and accountability from the dealership.
