Ever since Ecarlist was bought by Dealer Track the service has went way down hill, Trying to actually get someone on the phone is the first problem, then when you do you tell them what problems your having or if you want to add a feature to your site and they tell you they are going to look into it and get back with you and then they will send you a email saying thanks for contacting Ecarlist and your case # is .... and then you never here from them again.
