Amazing gym with amazing coaches and the best atmosphere!
Absolutely amazing gym to train in with the best coaches who genuinely care about your progress. PJ and Lenny have created an environment with a great community feel. I've just signed up for another year and I definitely feel stronger and more confident

Been at ECA for a little over 1 year now and loving it. The coaches are very supportive and encouraging, they work with your ability in mind and help you to push through your limiting self doubts. ECA really has a strong sense of community and in each session we route for one another. I would definitely recommend ECA to everyone because regardless of where you are on your journey, you will be met with the same encouragement and respect as everyone who attends our wee gym :)
The team at ECA Belfast are second to none. Coaches are knowledgeable, helpful and really encouraging. Going in you are always welcomed with a smile and you leave feeling unreal every time. I would recommend ECA to anyone, it has completely transformed my life. Proud to be part of the ECAfam!
An amazing group of coaches to guide & educate you, they'll push you to learn and to overcome challenges. They'll also adapt workouts to suit you and your ability level. ECA is more than just a gym, it’s a place where you have the support of everyone from coaches to gym members, joining was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made
Been a member at eca for a couple of years now. For me it’s honestly the best gym on the road. The coaches there go above and beyond to help you reach your goals. The community in the gym is unreal and everyone there supports each other while having fun along the way. Highly recommend everyone to join the Eca fam ❤️

I have been a member for more than 7 years and love it. Coaches are great and so are the members. Programmes are challenging but can also be scaled to suit all abilities.
