I needed to replace the HVAC unit quickly because I am selling the house that it is in, and Jason & the EC Waters crew were able to do that. And, importantly, the permit inspection process was no hassle at all, which it could easily have become if not handled properly, since I don't live in Orange County anymore. The price for the unit was also slightly lower than the other estimates I received from other vendors. I definitely recommend EC Waters.

We reached out to them on the recommendation of a neighbor and so happy we listened to them! Such kind and professional people. We needed our old ac unit replaced and they had the best rates and even had one of their guys drive over a portable unit to hold us over until the new one was installed. On top of everything, every single guy that came out was a dog lover and my two Chihuahuas told me to give them five out of five stars

I have used EC Waters for many years. It’s a very good AC company. The employees are very responsive, respectful and get the job done well. I have many years of good relationship and good work. I have great trust in this relationship and that is RARE today.

I got reccomended to E.C Waters from a friend and got absolutely great service. The technician, Tim, was straight forward and helpful through the service. He solved my problem in a timely manner and was good about communicating everything to me. Making an appointment and getting a general quote was also super easy and I knew what to expect for the upcoming service. Overall, I reccomend this company and team for helping me out.
