We were having an issue with one of the air handlers in our home and despite previous calls - the issue continued and then **Von Johnson** came out to look at it. Von is intelligent, polite, easy to talk to, explains everything so well - clearly knows his stuff (confident - not cocky) - one of the best AC technicians I have ever met. We have had EC Waters as our HVAC contractor for many years. Until recently we would have given them a 5 star review. In 2018 they replaced our AC unit including refrigerant lines, approximately a $6,000 job. As far as we knew, all was done to code & well done. They had provided good customer service, appeared honest and pricing in line. Recently things have changed. They are a different company, now run by a new owner, Steve Waters. Von Johnson from EC Waters did an outstanding job cleaning our AC evaporator and blower! He was patient, polite, and very personable, taking the time to explain everything and ensure the job was done right. It’s rare to find someone as thorough and professional. He had his apprentice Austin with him and they both did a great job. Will use for annual service in the future.
I had my preventative maintenance appointment today from EC Waters and Tim was the technician that came out. He’s the best. He’s knowledgeable and thorough and checks everything and he’s efficient and friendly. I will always request him for my 2 annual appointments. TY, Tim!!! See you in 6 months.
