Did not honor quoted price over the phone. Edit: I think you replied to the wrong comment, my visit was a 20 minute estimate with no troubleshooting or work done. The tech notes on the receipt say "remove the breakers to get part number to order the parts" because they were under warranty. The conversation I had with the office was requesting a quote to replace the breakers and she said someone had to come out with a possible $50 truck fee if the quote is complex and an hourly cost for the actual breaker replacement.
