Be prepared for a mess and for them to not clean it up. They also brought an inexperienced crew member out from the career center without our knowledge. Had we known this was going to happen we would have declined services and rescheduled another day. I'm pretty sure there is a gas leak somewhere now too because ever since they installed our new water heater i keep smelling gas.
