My daughter had an appointment at America's Best in Bowie, MD and this provider was extremely rude and condescending. I understand that masks are still needed in certain places however, the receptionist (who was extremely helpful) was busy on the phone with another patient while also trying to check us in, did not have a chance to inform us about the mask policy.
