13 month lease. Been waiting 5 months for them to fix a major major leak do to rain that has ruined half the living room the carpet the couch and I’m pretty sure there’s gonna be mold in the walls if it’s not fixed soon completely damaged . we still have no screens in the windows. The only things that where done half way was the toilet and dishwasher leak. I’m not happy at all you try getting a hold of there office good luck. This property is on southern in Rio Rancho.
DO NOT use this company. The Property Manager, Micah Boutillier, stated to me that maintenance of the property is not his responsibility when the Property Management Agreement clearly states that he is responsible for the maintenance of my property. I decided to sell my property after the Property Rental Agreement with the tenant had been completed. I provided more than 60 days’ notice to give the tenant plenty of time to find another home.
