goodluck getting these people to respond to you. I’ve lived here for 3 years and have never had an issue getting in contact with the leasing office/maintenance /general help from employees. EBT just recently got taken over by “Artisian KC” and they have been a nightmare. Ive sent 5 emails that havent been responded to and they JUST took the building over April 1st. I cant imagine what it would be like to try and get a tour here or get in contact with someone because I pay rent each month on time and STILL cant get responses ... read more
One of my friends lived here and it was terrible, I would not recommend it to anyone. Management does not reply about lost mail or packages.
