We have been an EBS Distributor for over 20 years. EBS USA has been an awesome vendor for us and the EBS printers are incredibly dependable and efficient. Dealing with all the fine folks there is a pleasure.
Tech support is insanely good. They could tear one down and rebuild it while on the phone with you!

There is nothing that compares to the Handjet EBS260 for on demand marking or coding. Rugged design great for any industrial environment. Top that off with one of the best customer service / account managers I've ever worked with in my career (Brandon). You can't go wrong.
I would not recommend doing business with this company because of poor customer and distributor support and business relationships especially exhibited by Brandon Quaiyoom .
