I've tried four times in the past week to just speak to someone and not one single person has called me back. I even left a message for the clinical director and still heard nothing.

I just finished my first week working for EBS. I am amazed by the attention and support that is given. Each staff member that I have been in contact with has been professional, extremely knowledgeable and kind.
