Had a similar experience as one of the other reviews. I wanted to redeem a Groupon that I bought, called multiple times to try to schedule, even left a voicemail and nothing. The phone is google operated which makes sense I guess. I was able to get a refund with Groupon for the amount I spent on the deal which is better than nothing. I just know next time to research the business first before buying on Groupon.
I bought 2 Groupon for my husband for Christmas. He had used Ebromatherapy once before and came away feeling great. He wanted to have another massage by Ms. Greenwade because she was able to get into the deep tissue and relive the tension. However, this time, he has been very disappointed. He has called and called several times trying to make an appointment. He has been unable to schedule an appointment for 3 months! What is the deal? I purchased a groupon, back in December. The lady from the Spa called me and groupon was supposed to have removed her from their site until further notice. They however did not. The young lady advised the shop had moved and at the time back in December was not taking any new clients. She called and was willing to take me on a client even thought Groupon messed up.
I purchased a groupon and have left multiple messages and have called so many times since I purchased it back in September. It's November now and I have yet to hear back from the merchant. I bought it due to the fact I needed a massage and saw the reviews were great. I'm beginning to wonder if the reviews are even real because I have yet to get my massage scheduled.
Ebony is WONDERFUL!!! This was an incredible massage. Absolutely recommend her and will definitely be back! If you are looking for a calming and soothing presence, strong warm hands, relaxation, working out the tension and stress you’re holding in your body-she is seriously the best! She also offers other services, but I’ve only had the massage. It was AMAZING!!! Do yourself a favor and book with Ebony. You will not regret it!
