If I could leave this review with NO STARS that's what would give this Dr. and her practice. Not only are the individuals that answer the phone rude, she doesn't follow up with results. What kind of doctor holds lab/test results from her patients for WEEKS!? She then makes you schedule an appointment to get said results? That sounds like another co-pay for an office visit that could easily take place over the phone. It's hard when you try to support your own people, only to be treated like this. If I can give 0 star I will. I switched Primary Care due to the neglect I got from my previous one, found this dr in network & right behind my house. 1st apt Got there 15 mins before arrival, wait for almost 20 mins outside, they called my name took more medical information while inside (10 more mins), then I waited almost another 25 mins for the dr to come & see, If i havent went outside & say where is she, she would've forgotten she had a patient that day.
