Ebony. I put through a complaint to my bank that they are holding my money, that you claim to have transferred. My bank confirmed no transfer was received and contacted your bank ‘who advised the recovery was unsuccessful’. Instead you LIED about returning my money, gave me a FAKE reference number AND ALL this on Christmas Day! It was Christmas spending money for my babies. I am leaving a review so people are mindful, you are dishonest and fraudulent.
We’ve used Ebony & Ivory for event set ups a number of times and she never disappoints. Ebony takes the stress out of planning, set up and pack down. For my sister’s hens she went above and beyond sourcing fresh flowers, centerpieces and custom creating a welcome sign. Thank you so much
For those reading this, if you are after a genuine person. I don’t recommend Ebony. I previously used your service & had you as a saved payee, which resulted in me accidentally transferring funds to your payid on Christmas Day! You sent me a message to confirm you had transferred the money back, with a reference number that was ‘fake’ (as you can see in the photo, the receipt date was incorrect and you added in my name and number to reflect a fake transfer).
