Came in for a wash & trim last year; she charged an additional 10$ over the asking price on the website. I asked for a trim, she took off three inches unnecessarily. She claimed it was "split ends traveling up." A year later with careful maintenance I saw no difference in my hair quality. In addition the entire top right side of my head is uneven. The BEST SALON in Martin TN!!!! She does any amazing job. She washed, trimmed, and styled my naturally curly hair. I got the best sew-in I ever had here, it was perfect in every single way possible. I have 0 complaints she was professional and expert level knowledgeable on hair.
I have been seeing this stylist for years and not only does she have my hair on point every time but she keeps my hair healthy and growing, something I haven’t been able to do on my own! I couldn’t recommend a stylist more than her! If you’re trying to get your hair to grow, she’s the stylist to see and can recommend so many protective styles that will work for you! She genuinely cares and it shows. She’s always going to recommend what’s best for your personalized hair journey!
Love the people and atmosphere. Knows what shes doing and helps to make sure you understand how to take care of your hair. The growth ive seen in mine since ive been a regular is proof of this.
Mrs Kia is one of the greatest women I have met she does such a great job with my hair and I can tell she really cares! I don’t see myself going anywhere else ever again!!
