Terrible. Never have anything in stock that I need. Called ahead of time to ask if they had a specific hair color he tells me yes drive here and of course they don’t. Just bad! And the Spanish guy that works there is never friendly. Freeport needs a hair supply store that has products.
This place is a rip off! I purchased 4 packs of hair and BEFORE making my purchase I was told whatever wasn’t used can be returned if it wasn’t opened. I didn’t use the hair and I tried returning it the very next day i was then told I can only return one but not for cash for a refund. He then didn’t refund any of my Money. The packs were all closed and in a bag with a receipt! The fat Spanish man is a racist! He saw I was with my kids in the cold and wouldn’t refund my money after saying he would! Don’t go here!
