Horrible experience dealing with Lori Ebner and Rebecca Beard. Attention to detail seriously lacking. Agreed upon terms in listing contract, omitted from sales contract. In a hurry to complete sale transaction, instead of taking time to ensure all documents are done correctly. Continually had to point out mistakes that could have costed us extra expenses. All sights on money.
