I showed up at their closing time which says 6 on here but I was there at 7 and they still made time for me. I got the car I wanted and a good price . Now I see why their plates are all over time, I couldn't be any happier
This is the worst place to ever buy a car. They buy their cars from LA knowing they have problems. They simply reset the check engine lights then sell then. They are aware of the vehicles having mechanical problems prior to selling them. Them they scam you by giving you a 30 day warranty they you pay half of repairs only covering engine and transmission. Worst experience ever. Car looked beutiful 10 days later moter stop working. They gave me a 30 day warranty but I had to pay for half. At the end they only gave me 1800 and I had to pay 2400. There other option was they would take it to LA and fix it there. Save your money and time. Don't buy a car with them.
Worst customer service ever. The gentleman will not bend his elbow, its his way or nothing will happen he refuses to lose $. I bought a car that stoped working 6 days later and he would not fix it unless it was under his terms and not the ones indicated in the contract..he stalled for so long and I needed my car that I let him take care of it at my expense..he payed almost nothing and not half like stated in contract. Never again will I buy from or recommend EBM AUTO SALES to anyone, unless you want headaches....
This car dealer ship is the worst dealer to buy a used car from. I purchased a car there and had so many problems with it so I went to trade it in somewhere else. The other dealership where I traded the vehicle gave me the car fax on it and it turned out it was crashed before, but when I purchased it EBM Auto Sales stated it was not. Anything to sale a car.
