I would tell anyone who isn't physically buying the bike to stay as far away as you can from this place. After ordering the my bike I waited half a year, and when I got it, it arrived missing components for it, and when promised I'd get them, and my accessory I paid totaling over 100 bucks for, I got a giant middle finger in the form of ignoring me, and never sending me what I paid for. I wish I could give more stars. I've never experienced such stellar customer service. Grigory went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly the bike I wanted at an excellent price. I couldn't be happier with my E-bike. I'm not one for writing reviews but in this case I felt it was truly warranted. Thank you so much for your service. I will definitely be shopping here again.
