The best e-bike store in Sydney there is the owner Shadi is a great man along with his other hard working devoted employees they helped me pick the right bike and are telling me everything i ask and not getting annoyed the service is outstanding among the rest of the other stores in syd. So without a doubt in my mind come here to buy an ebike and you will be treated perfectly i love this store and the people in it, thnx for giving me such great service.
The manager Shadir he is a greedy man who just want to make money but not provide good product and services, he has no respect to the customers and especially towards the women, I bought the bike which was not a good experience, he is selling the damaged products, showing something else and delivering faulty products which he never accepts and then starts abusing. Not recommending at all. Don’t waste your money from buying here.
Very bad customer service, never come here they do not help you and there very rude and clueless overall and overpriced aswell DO NOT COME HERE!!!
Shadi is very knowledgeable and was very patient with me. I think I test rode most of the bikes in the store before I was ready to decide. Large range of bikes and excellent customer service, highly recommend the BikeBoys.
