One word to describe my interaction with Ebie's; Knowledgeable. I was so impressed with what they knew about my rugs and the care they were going to take in washing them. I have little dogs that have on occasion had an accident on my one rug in particular. Ebie told me how he would address the issue and preserve the beauty of my rugs. They came back today and look absolutly gorgeous! Thanks Ebie's i will call on you for all of my rugs care.

Ebie does a beautiful job of cleaning and then replacing rugs in one's home. And more: we have a large Oriental rug in our living room. A visiting dog tore two large, ragged holes in the edge. We were hoping that Ebie could patch the rug, and we would turn that side to the wall. When he brought the rug back, the pattern and edge were repaired so perfectly we couldn't detect where the holes had been. A miracle!

**** did a wonderful job of cleaning our hand woven Navajo rugs. He also did a repair along one margin that looks perfect. I noticed when we were in his place of business that he has an extensive collection of beautiful rugs for sale. He delivered the rugs and placed them exactly were they needed to be. In summary, **** provided high-quality personal service at a reasonable cost.

I can't say enough good things about Ebie's Rug Cleaning. We have a large area rug that was stained with food, pet accidents and the activities of nine grandchildren. We thought our once beautiful rug was beyond saving. Previous cleaners were unable to remove the stains. Ebie cleaned the rug and replaced the backing. The rug looks like new. All stains were removed. We are so pleased. The rug was ready when promised. We highly recommend Ebie's Rug Cleaning to anyone who wants quality service at a reasonable price.

From beginning to end, **** and ******** were most gracious and informative. My husband and I met them at Ebie's Rug Cleaning.......on Ft. Lowell and were immediately impressed with the knowledge of how to clean rugs correctly, which comes from their heritage and customs and never thought of going anywhere else. This past year I moved from Santa Monica, California to Tucson. Needed my rugs cleaned. Looked around and found more businesses than I could imagine who perform this service. Thankfully, I found Ebie's Rug Cleaning Service in that they protected the integrity of the rugs that were priceless (to me) while cleaning them. 3 minutes ago Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Recently, when i purchased a rug, the owner personally delivered it to my home and placed it with a custom cut rug pad. The owner then took my other Persian rug for cleaning. To my surprise, a discolored portion was perfectly restored and the entire rug looked good as new. I would recommend this business to all for their cordial professionalism and attention to detail.

We recently moved to Oro Valley and just happened to see Ebie's rug store and stopped in to check out his supply. He was friendly, professional, genuine, and his customer service was top notch. He has a great supply to look at and he brought several rugs out to our home to try in different areas with different lights. He let us know when he was coming and he did a fantastic job choosing rugs for us to pick from. We bought several gorgeous rugs from him and we highly recommend him!

I trust this company to clean all four of the Turkish rugs I own. They do excellent work. They picked up rugs from my home and returned them within one week. The quality of their work is excellent.
