They don't know how to calculate monthly income. So unless you make 20 or 30 an hour you won't be able to afford a 950 monthly rent. They use twice a month salary income calculations to determine monthly income for a bi-weekly hourly employee. And if you tell them they are wrong or you try to explain that to them they accuse you of cursing at them or belittling them. Well honey if you know how to calculate all income types you wouldn't have to get a lesson in math.
