I have worked with Jim and Deanna for FOUR separate transactions now over the past 5 years, navigating VERY crazy market conditions... and I wouldn't dream of working with anyone else. Jim and Deanna are amazing! They were very patient with me during the whole process as I was a first time homebuyer. They were very willing to travel out to Troy and Warrenton to show me houses! I loved working with them and plan to work with them again when we are ready to buy our next house!
