I hired this company to do my home inspection. As a first time homebuyer of course your excited ! I purchased my home 9/30/20 and hired this company 7/2/20z I recently discovered my home I purchased has termites . It has had termites for over 5 years with the kind of damage discovered. The home inspector never once stated this . Reached out to them and they don’t want to take ownership that there inspector missed this . Very professional! Mark was really meticulous and I loved that! The process was smooth and well explained! I recommend them a 1000%.
Donna was very friendly and accomodating. Mark, our inspector did not inspect our roof. Im still trying to figure out a home inspection without a roof assessment? Although not required its about efficiency, service & reputation. I now have the task and added expense to hire additional services to execute what was not completed. Will be reaching out to BBB and will not be recommending to anyone else.
