Missed timeline and came in with off appraisal.
This was the most terrible appraisal I have ever seen done on a new construction build. I seriously question the ethics of the company and will be reporting them the the Colorado Appraisal Board. I have been in the area for 20 plus years and have been activity involved in real estate and mortgages and shared the appraisal with fellow colleagues and they were totally in agreement. They were the first to be able to get the appraisal done. Must be a reason for that.
