Your insurance is only as good as your agent, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. I had a complicated claim and needed help, but every I asked to speak with Mr Ebert, I was told he wasn’t available. Calls were never returned, I received no support during a stressful situation. He’s quick to collect premiums but nowhere to be found when a customer actually needs assistance.
