I purchased 2 used vehicles (trade-ins) from the previous owner of this establishment over the last 20+ years (Ebersole). I had those vehicles serviced religiously there during all of this time which should give some indication of my satisfaction with their service department given the fact that I drove past 3 other Buick dealerships to get there. Bought a 2008 GMC Yukon XL 23 months ago. The thing is a piece of junk. Something always wrong with it. Air conditioning, engine seals, front axle grinding metal. Truly amazing! I would have thought this big vehicle would have been built better.
Worked with Shane and Emily, they were both very helpful with the purchase of the car. I would recommend if you are looking for a used vehicle this is the place to go.

I have had issues with my Acadia since I purchased it. I was told things that were not true. It took several visits before issues were resolved. Service personnel kept changing, and I was told there was no record of past conversations, or attempts to correct problems. I thought things had finally gotten better.
