Recently, I placed an online order but never received an order confirmation. After waiting 15 days with no confirmation or communication, I assumed the order had not been processed and placed a second order. This time, I immediately received an order confirmation. Quality parts better than wholesale pricing
So slow for unloading, they do time pass unload material one by one, that they can easily pick with Forklift at once. But no, the guy play with unloading, he don't use full fork just pick one or two items at one time
Bad experience with this company I don't recommend any business with this people. Total rude, and don't provide any answers. The person to answer the phone is drama queen. No professional service.
The customer service here is great, specifically Rose Wozniak. They work with you to get you what you need in a timeframe that works for you, and if you have any issues; I found that they respond immediately. We have used them for a few major orders of fiberglass unistrut along with the appropriate parts and have found the quality of the items purchased to be superb!
