Larry Eberhard from the Eberhard Group worked with my dad, my siblings and me to prepare, list and sell my dad's home. Larry knew the neighborhood and the market extremely well. He suggested a strategy for selling the house that he thought would yield the best offers. Well, he crushed it! We had 31 OFFERS and the offer we accepted exceeded our highest expectation by $30k! We were thrilled. Larry was kind and helpful and diligent. I would highly recommend him.
Larry and his team were invaluable to our family as we navigated the housing market late summer and early fall. The advice that he provided us allowed us to find the right home for our family. Once our new home was found, they went to work on selling our home and helped us review multiple offers.
