Heidi and Pam were AMAZING from the moment I walked into the store. I was fed up with the carpet buying process elsewhere and they immediately jumped in to help. Heidi understood what I was looking for and was determined to help me find not only what I needed, but within a very affordable budget. Pam & Heidi recently helped me select a new runner and full-room carpet for a hall/bedroom renovation. It needed to match the existing runner in the hall. I could not be more happy with the partnership throughout the process, the installation and the final product. These women are pros.
Eberhard did our basement carpeting 13 years ago and the install and price were perfect so we recently went back to replace the rug with luxury vinyl planking. Everything was outstanding and it was a sincere pleasure working with Pam, Heidi, and Chris. We expected things to be nice afterwards but we were blown away with HOW NICE. I’d shout their praises from the rooftops and so glad we went local instead of a big box store.
