What a great experience. Everyone is extremely professional and helpful. When I dropped my car off, they took my key. They had previously arranged for a rental. Someone drove me to the the rental agency and made sure they were expecting me. I got several calls while they were working on my car to update me on the progress. They called when my car was finished. When I got there, my expertly repaired car was sitting out front, freshly washed and shining. I handed them my rental key, signed a few papers, then drove off. this place is a joke. they cant do stuff in a timely manner and tell you one thing when the insurance company tells you something different. this is not the first bad experience I've had there either. they screwed around with a different vehicle of mine as well. then when you call and tell them not to touch your car and that it is going to be moved from their shop to another they hang up cause they cant take being told that they suck
Will never take another car of mine there to get fixed.
