I was treated very poorly by the person answering the phone, it was obvious I was bothering her by calling and asking for my dogs meds. It was 10:30am and i couldn't pick up today because they closed at noon (what?). Then she was mad that i couldn't remember the name of the flea and tick and heartworm meds and she had to look them up. Then I couldn't get ANY of the meds because of heartworm test (which was done within a year?). She hung up on me when I asked to speak to somebody else. Great clinic and staff. We highly recommend them to everyone and also to the rescue we foster for Echo White Shepherd Rescue.
I would never think of taking my babies anywhere else. I've always been treated like family. Even sent a card when my dog passed away.
Dr. Ebenhack, Dr. Crist, and all of the staff here are amazing. They're very kind and caring and that is why I drive 40 minutes to their veterinary practice.
