I rent a unit at the Burns Mill Rd facility. I highly recommend anyone looking for storage this is where to go. The facility is secure and I have never felt unsafe. Great communication. If for some reason I am late on payment they have worked with me. I work commission. My payment may be a couple days late and they’re always so understanding. This unit stores my kids lives and mine right now. I couldn’t feel any better about where I am leaving it.

Clean, secured. I haven’t been a customer for long but anytime I call, I reach the owner herself & she has been phenomenal thus far. I arrived late first night & she was very courteous. I have no issues feeling safe when here night or day. Unit is clean and plenty of space. You get what you pay for. security cameras do work, they’re not just for looks and the location is close & convenient to where I needed it to be. It is well lit at night and not far at all from trash dump which is a bonus.
