Ordered the Calamari and it was soggy. Beer selection was alright.
Have been here many times and never a bad meal or bad waitress. This is my all time favorite resturant!!
My husband and I just moved back to west Seneca after a while being away . We absolutely love it here . It's our "spot " ! Never a bad meal or beer ! We're here nearly every weekend never had rude service ! Thanks !
We were not happy with the bartender service or the menu. If your are going to sell specialty beers that are 20 bucks you should have prices on the menu or have your bartenders know that it is 20. The bartender was very rude to begin with, rang in our order then proceeded to open the beer. She stated she didnt know how much it was until she rang it in. At first I was not happy that reservations are NOT taken on Saturdays. Because we were eating at 4pm it was not a problem getting a table however. The bartender was great! He was helpful in choosing a beer since so many are available and offered tastings so we wouldn't pay for something we didn't like. Had the ale house steak .not like I remembered at all ! No onions , bacon or blue cheese - some kind of sauce was on it ! DISAPPOINTED !
Even tho the place was busy we only waited 15 min...the only down side was the bartenders working this evening were horrible...we were ignored while they stocked glasses...then the whole experience changed , our server was possibly the BEST server we have ever had anywhere...named Michelle she was informed , checked in and even helped us with some beer choices , she should be training the bartenders on customer care .
