Stopped in yesterday shortly before 4pm, Was seated by the hostess . After waiting 10 minutes and watch two other tables sit down after us and and have a waitress taking a drink orders for them we had to get up and move up to the bar. The waitress never even acknowledged that we where there, walked by us five times. We intended to have a drink and order dinner, although we enjoyed the drink we gave are money for dinner to another restaurant. Very poor service disappointing because we have dined with you in the past.
The wait wasn’t too bad the food was great service was a little slow they needed a little more staff on that night
It's pub food, for the most part, which is what I'm looking for when I go there. It's not some fancy deal where 5 star service is even expected, but it's fine. Everybody's friendly. I have the Reuben when I go there, cuz I wanna slam down some sloppy pub food, and it never disappoints. Criticisms? Get steak fries, instead of the thin kind, Ale House. And fix the Chex Hockey game!!!! Other than that, luv it!!!!
