Realtor was given rights by previous owners family to sign off on work being done to home (pre list) . Realtor did NOT check to make sure company was licensed, bonded, and insured. We are now financially eating the cost of work that was done wrong and will have to re-do the entire contracted work. Do better. Editing my review to mention I’ll be filing with TREC any Ebby employees that I’ve reached out to. The work to fix this issue is going to cost up to $100k thanks to shotty plumbing and quick fixes.
Logan Owens was our buyer agent and I totally recommend him! He goes above and beyond to take her of his clients! He is a great communicator and very savvy with data and analysis!
