Liz Carla was realtor on Sellers side of the home we purchased. She helped sellers (they were out of country through the process) hide and conceal MAJOR foundations issues in the house and write a deceitful Sellers disclosure report. She even found and hired an engineer (on behalf of sellers) to say the home needed no piers. 4 weeks later and with clear cracks in the home that had been painted over we had another company come over. home needs 18 piers. The BEST Real Estate Company for Farm and Ranch properties! They have realtors that know horse ranches and the needs of the orse people. Their agents are horse people themselves. Some are trainers and judges. I wouldn't use any oher company for my ranch purchases.
