Very poor management! Lived here for 3 years UTMB . Close to school but management should change your mind. Wendy Roberts will never admit that she is wrong, Carly Smith will say she sent you something (like the lease) and never will. This will in return charge you extra per month along with late fees. If you don’t pay them (out of principle) they will bury you in fees just for a mistake they will not admit to even though you have proof. Do you enjoy inexpensive, quiet, and reasonably clean, rustic-style apartments? If so, you should live in these apartments. They are kept up nicely, both inside and out. These apartments are situated in a prime area. The personnel are always accommodating and quick to address issues. They respond with such impeccable timing. If you are a student at UTMB, I recommend moving to Ebbtide apartments. It is reasonably priced for the space of each apartment, maintenance requests are quickly addressed, and the complex is safe and quiet. The only downside to living here is the absence of an in-unit washer and dryer. However, there are shared community W/D rooms within the complex. It's easy to walk to campus and the gym. Highly recommend!
They let new tenants move into units with broken air-conditioning and then do nothing to expedite repairs or compensate them.
