I moved in March of 2025 my experience was a smooth experience with no problems I find be rental staff very nice pleasant very helpful and understanding when it comes to me I've had little issues in my home but hey were aleays taken care of I feel as long as you do your part as a tenant and be mindful of how you keep your house up be respectful even when things happen I feel you are treated as you want to be treated Therefore I have had Erma Maria and Catherine to be very pleasant understanding and helpful I'm very happy her... read more
The property sucks Maintenance will mark things as done and never fix them. They will terminate your lease with no explanation. Your neighbors smoke and it comes threw your bathroom vents. Erma property manager is a liar who smokes all day long in front of the property. They will lie to other properties when you try and move and have you waste hundred of dollars on application fees. I wouldn't live out here if it was rent free!!!!!! Be aware the one star was being generous.
If you were to asked me 3-4 years ago.. It would have been a bad review. I have been in this complex going on 17 years. Prior property COMPANIES HAVE MADE THE COMPLEX GO DOWN BY NOT MANAGING IT PROPERLY.. As a tenant of going on 17 years I AM GOING TO SAY KEV MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN THE BEST… changes are occurring and it’s not going to happen overnight.. I started my process to move early part of March everything has gone very fast I have spoken with the property manager several times she is very professional and cares and understanding Hopefully soon I will be a resident coming soon after my inspection I'm grateful for the service that I was provided I hope it stays this way I have read other reviews I'm sorry for there situations and experience with this company but for me I've had to wait alittle longer but just to be spoken to with respect means and goes along way I'm lo... read more
Catherine is wonderful. She works in the main office and I cannot say enough about her. I am a vendor who has worked here for a year and the staff at Ebbetts Apartments is top-notch.
