I started my process to move early part of March everything has gone very fast I have spoken with the property manager several times she is very professional and cares and understanding Hopefully soon I will be a resident coming soon after my inspection I'm grateful for the service that I was provided I hope it stays this way I have read other reviews I'm sorry for there situations and experience with this company but for me I've had to wait alittle longer but just to be spoken to with respect means and goes along way I'm lo... read more
Catherine is wonderful. She works in the main office and I cannot say enough about her. I am a vendor who has worked here for a year and the staff at Ebbetts Apartments is top-notch.
This company is full of it it took them a month to tell me that for me to move in I would need to pay 2x the security deposit and 2 x the rent to move in you all are full of it . You didn’t even know how to put vochers in your system from the city of Va beach but come back to tell me I would need to pay basically 6000 to move in to these units this is not even considered luxury no nothing. Absolutely disgusting show of ineptitude and just plain... Ignorance. Our ceiling caved in and is actively leaking into the living room and there is a concern for mold growth which is a serious health and safety issue. I expressed concern to the management staff and her literal response to my concern about mold was... "I took a class, mold takes 6 months to grow." are you serious? Do you take me as being born yesterday? Mold grows within 24 hours when water is introduced to a home environment. Pathetic. Anybody with half a b... read more
I have been living here for a few months. The ceiling is falling on top of me, it's getting worse by the day and no one is doing anything about it. I've put in multiple maintenance orders, called multiple times, spoke with the rental office, and no one is doing anything. The way I've been given the run around is ridiculous. I hear other people are having similar issues with their units, and with maintenance doing absolutely nothing. This is ridiculous. Don't bother wasting your time or money on this place.
