I’ve gone here to see LaVonna several times. She was recommended to me by someone so I wanted to try it out and see. LaVonna has been exceptional everytime. Everytime I go in we always catch up with each other in the first 10 mins and then she’s good at knowing when I want to not talk anymore lol. I highly recommend her ashiatsu massages. They are great!
I love this place! Everything is very professional and very friendly. I always get a great massage that leaves me feeling a lot better than I started! I’ve gotten a lot of massages and this is definitely a great value from a skilled professional.
I have been going to Eb and Flow for approximately two years. Lavonna has been my Massage Therapist though a surgery recovery and a hunting accident. I go every two weeks, and she is always very professional a part of my recovery team. Myself and my Dr's agree that her assistants has been a big part of my speedy and complete recovery. I cannot thank her enough. I highly recommend EB&FLow as well as Lavonna.

Ebb flow is the place to go & LaVonna Hines is the masseuse you want to give you an excellent massage. I’ve been going to LaVonna for sometime & would recommend her.
