EBb Elite is very professional,and the prices are fair. Customer Service is very important and I must say this place deserves a 10. I will definitely return if I need service,and I will recommend this place to family and friends
Towed my car in for a diagnostic. I was a little iffy about some of the reviews but just took in anyway. Guy at main desk was supper cool and informative of how they work. Turned out I needed a timing chain and some extra parts. The guys handle the job well and got my car back on the road. Waited a few weeks to write a review but car is still running good! Thanks to the team at EBB definitely recommend
I took my BMW to EBB Elite the service to see what was wrong with the car. After few days. I went to see what was wrong with the car. The mananger told me that it needed to be taken to the dealership to get programmed. I asked for the paperwork of what was diagnosis so I could take it to the dealership so it could get fixed. Come to find out he never performed a diagnostic on the vehicle. I assume that he thinks people are stupid since most of us are not a mechanic. What a waste of time and money.
