I first met Elizabeth 2 years ago when I began searching for a home of my own. I have wanted one for so long, and Elizabeth and Karen have been so patient with me in every step of the way. Both encouraged me and never let me give up hope. My experience with them has been nothing short of amazing. Elizabeth is a real estate agent, but she is so much more than that. If there is anyone out there who has had a less than wonderful home buying experience, then you need to give these guys a try.
I always thought real estate agents were pushy and greedy. Elizabeth and her assistant Karen are not like that at all. Elizabeth has a vast knowledge of real estate. She started buying real estate and fixing it up at 20. She knows all about renovation and how to buy a property that will go up in value. I bought one of her listings that was owner carry. I love the way this site is organized. You can search under listings by price range under GJ Listings or use the Grand Junction MLS. I have been getting email from Elizabeth that is taylored to my search. At first I did not respond to her questions about what type of house I wanted or the price range. I wanted a different price range and she sent me only listings in that range. They came, as they came on the market.
