I know nothing about EB Management except their excellent looking office building. Rohnert Park's SCT local bus lines start & end here in a shaded park like setting. Friendly area, too.
My experience with this management company has been an absolute awful one. From having a property manager that created more problems then she actually solved for years to having upper management completely ignore these complaints and allow this woman to continue on. Apparently upper management is unaware that unwanted touching of any kind is considered unlawful in California.
