I am extremely disappointed in the service of this company. I called them in the afternoon on Thursday explaining how low I was on oil and needed a delivery ASAP. They said they would try to get out to me that day but, if not that day, then definitely on Friday. On Friday, I received a phone call from the driver at 1:34pm while I was in a work meeting. We had run out of oil and needed emergency service with an infant at home. Easy oil came through as they have before (I’m not great at checking the tank levels). I have used the team for a few years now and would recommend for friendliness, service, and competitive pricing. Thank you!

I ordered oil and the guy came and never delivered the oil, idk what type of system they are running but they are not professional, not only did I call in advanced I ran out of oil with a baby and a toddler and instead of telling me they were leaving they left with no words. No phone call or text. My phone calls and text got ignored as well.
They came right out and after I called when I told them my family was out of oil. Excellent customer service, great prices too.
