So when you book an appointment with a client at 2:00pm but at 1:45 you start another client who came in without an appointment and you don't care if you delay the appointment because you only care about money, what is it called? It's called disrespect towards your client! And of course because you're in a hurry you won't be able to do your job well! No air conditioning...just open door and of course flies everywhere! Terrible experience at this shop. I read a review that stated about how they serve certain customers. I made an appointment and called that I was on my way. My appointment was for 10am. I arrived at 10:05am. I arrive and the lady ask me to take a seat. Once I take a seat, another lady comes in and who doesn't look like me and is immediately taken to the pedicure chair. They are so nice and get the job done I was looking at photos to see what they can you and I wasn't sure if they would be able to do what I wanted but didn't they prove me wrong if you want it they can do it amazing Service did an excellent job I'm definitely going back.
