We had a 1:30 appointment on Saturday for 3 pedicures. It is now 3 and the first person is almost done. Don’t you think you should staff more appropriately once you add in it is Saturday and u take walk-ins.First and last time here. I’ll stick with Charlie’s. Less of 2 evils
10/10 my nails are perfect and the ladies are so pleasant made a appt with another shop they had me waiting 20 minutes past my appt called these ladies they got me right in couldn’t be happier
So when you book an appointment with a client at 2:00pm but at 1:45 you start another client who came in without an appointment and you don't care if you delay the appointment because you only care about money, what is it called? It's called disrespect towards your client! And of course because you're in a hurry you won't be able to do your job well! No air conditioning...just open door and of course flies everywhere!
