I came in for a color change. I was told to pick a color. I picked from the list they gave me. However they did not have 3 of the colors. I settled for a color I did not want. I was charged $30 for a gel color change only. I asked to see the price break down on the list and she pointed to a pedicure but I did not get a pedicure. Will not be going back.
Terrible professionalism, and customer service there’s no consistency and the people that they are hiring are not professional professionals to perform perfection with pedicures and manicures. One of their best technicians Hannah left and I followed her. She is working for herself now and I am so happy that I found her there and then I was able to leave that unprofessional place.
I came in for a pedicure and it was horrible, first they didn’t have most of the colors from the samples so i just ended up getting white. It was the Dominican girl who did my toes and she didn’t even cure the paint all the way, and it was just messy. they didnt even have no clients and when i walked in she didn’t even welcome me properly, she was talking on the phone sitting on the pedicure chairs like she has no manners. i’m so disappointed and i paid $52 for this crap.
Great customer service. They do excellent nail. Always crowded. Call for appointment.
