I got there late and they said they could take care of me before closing. While preparing to do my pedicure, the tech stopped to do a walk in eyebrow. After about 10-15 mins she came back and did my pedicure….rushed it. Be it that I came an hour before they closed. I don’t like gel, but gel was put on my feet by accident. She said it was an accident but no additional charge like she did a favor. Next came my manicure…she said I would need to use gel to rush since it was close to closing. First time customer, Came in for builder and am kinda disappointed :( the lady who did my nails was in a rush. My nail thickness from the builder gel are all uneven. The polish was messy.

I came in for a color change. I was told to pick a color. I picked from the list they gave me. However they did not have 3 of the colors. I settled for a color I did not want. I was charged $30 for a gel color change only. I asked to see the price break down on the list and she pointed to a pedicure but I did not get a pedicure. Will not be going back.
