I got there late and they said they could take care of me before closing. While preparing to do my pedicure, the tech stopped to do a walk in eyebrow. After about 10-15 mins she came back and did my pedicure….rushed it. Be it that I came an hour before they closed. I don’t like gel, but gel was put on my feet by accident. First time customer, Came in for builder and am kinda disappointed :( the lady who did my nails was in a rush. My nail thickness from the builder gel are all uneven. The polish was messy.

I came in for a color change. I was told to pick a color. I picked from the list they gave me. However they did not have 3 of the colors. I settled for a color I did not want. I was charged $30 for a gel color change only. I asked to see the price break down on the list and she pointed to a pedicure but I did not get a pedicure. Will not be going back.

Terrible professionalism, and customer service there’s no consistency and the people that they are hiring are not professional professionals to perform perfection with pedicures and manicures. One of their best technicians Hannah left and I followed her. She is working for herself now and I am so happy that I found her there and then I was able to leave that unprofessional place.
