Vehicle was in for tune up. After work completed. Tech brought me 4 spark plugs that he replaced INSTEAD of required 6 plugs. Further review the job was completed as required.
I was traveling from out of state and the AC system failed all of a sudden. I went to a shop in Ruston La, told them I was out of state and I needed someone to look at the car whenever they got a chance no rush at all.
