The security here is a major problem every other Day a garage door is either up or broken. I come home sometimes 12 o’clock at night and one of the garage doors are open then I’ll leave early in the morning and it’s closed. This apartment complex is a great place to live. The building is well maintained, and any maintenance issues within the apartment itself are responded to and resolved quickly. Nicole in the leasing office is also very accommodating and helpful. The shared amenities are great, including an enclosed garage for cars, two nice gym areas, a nice heated pool, several outdoor grills, and a fire pit. There is always something that needs fixing. It’s super difficult to get any help. They are never responsive. The elevators are usually broken and there’s trash and stains all over the hallways. The building hasn’t been updated in a while. It looks very rundown for what they are charging. I wouldn’t recommend renting here. It has been a headache to deal with.
A huge shout out to the hardest working person in this community, Stephen from maintance and his team. Have gone above and beyond for us and many of the tenants here. So many issues and Stephen is always attentive and ready to get everything up and running. That guy works overtime for this community. Most recently he got an apartment ready for move in for us. Do not rent here. In the span of 4 months, our A/C has broken more than five times. Every time, it takes days—sometimes over a week—to get it fixed. Management is useless and impossible to reach. I’ve called for days and no response. Most of the time I’ve had to leave work early to physically go into their office. They’ve entered our apartment with no notice—once while my underage sister was home alone. Two men just walked in, then lied and said she let them in. No accountability, no respect.
