If I could I would give this place zero stars. The management is a HUGE problem. Lack of communication through everything than taking pretty much my whole security deposit because they did not send me the move out instructions. Once they did and I saw the instructions realizing my apartment was left how was given and followed all move out instructions while not even knowing them I was livid because they took almost my whole security. They offered me a spot in a raffle for AirPods if I give 5 stars. Many others have done the same. Pool spots always full
Parc at Glenbrook is extremely lucky to have Nicole. She was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I had a positive experience and I will be renting with her soon. :)
