Do not rent here. In the span of 4 months, our A/C has broken more than five times. Every time, it takes days—sometimes over a week—to get it fixed. Management is useless and impossible to reach. I’ve called for days and no response. Most of the time I’ve had to leave work early to physically go into their office. They’ve entered our apartment with no notice—once while my underage sister was home alone. Two men just walked in, then lied and said she let them in. No accountability, no respect. The units here are nice. Nice distance from downtown. Feels more quiet over here in a residential area. The maintenance is great. I’ve had positive experiences with them. They’re very responsive. Big shout-out to Steven!!! He is always SO helpful and responsive. Truly appreciate all his help. Rob is solid too. Thanks everyone! Leasing office team is responsive too.
I've lived at Parc at Glenbrook for 3.5 years and love the community. The maintenance team led by Rob is the real deal. We have the cleanest and most well-maintained pool. His team, shoutout to Steven too, are all so helpful. Jose and Nicole over at leasing really revamped the grounds this summer. The fire pit was an excellent addition. The organized BBQs, keeping the pool open through the warm September weeks, and fall movie night are just a few of the things that make this community such a great place to live :)
I’ve been living since 2017, back when it was called (Eaves apartment) and now as a Parc at Glenbrook apartment. I can honestly say it’s a wonderful place to live. Everything about this building is great. The leasing office staff are always looking out for residents and willing to help any way they can. The maintenance team is also excellent as well—especially Robert and Steven, who are always ready to step in, fix things quickly, and do it with professionalism and respect. LEAKS! LEAKS! LEAKS! Beware and do not rent here. There is major plumbing pipe issue here that is not being addressed, all throughout the building. Many units affected. Multiple times a week. One major issue that caused a leak in the garage and had all residents standing outside in the middle of the night last night. Living in this building has been a constant disappointment.
