This place has been an excellent place to live and very helpful. Nicole has helped us every step of the way and even afterwards. They have met every expectation.
Update 05/2026, all the same issues. And add pest issues for two years in a row in the warmer months. People move in, just to move right back out. This place does not deserve your money nor is worth the headaches! In addition - when the power goes out (which has happened 3 times in one year) our cars are stuck in the garage as they have no backup generator. They take forever to open them manually. Avoid this place. On my first night, yellow liquid leaked from the ceiling and vents onto my only toilet and bathroom floor. Part of my bathroom ceiling ended up falling. This happened Sunday morning, I moved in Saturday night. Maintenance did a lazy patch job and actually put my waste-soaked mat into my bathtub. Property manager Jose Llanos is now claiming the unit is 'habitable' and refusing any rent credit or reimbursement for damaged items, despite the bathroom being covered in ceiling debris. The security here is a major problem every other Day a garage door is either up or broken. I come home sometimes 12 o’clock at night and one of the garage doors are open then I’ll leave early in the morning and it’s closed. This apartment complex is a great place to live. The building is well maintained, and any maintenance issues within the apartment itself are responded to and resolved quickly. Nicole in the leasing office is also very accommodating and helpful. The shared amenities are great, including an enclosed garage for cars, two nice gym areas, a nice heated pool, several outdoor grills, and a fire pit.
