The maintenance guys (Darin and Lupe) solved my problem with the washing machine, quickly, cleanly and completely professionally. They are excellent at their job!
I absolutely ADORE this property! After touring a few others in the surrounding areas, I began to get discouraged. However, everyone I met was so kind and helpful, which made our decision to make this my home easy. Kudos to Eric for setting up our tour and describing the area
The apartment is very nice, and office and maintenance are extremely friendly . The manager Mariah is very attentive.
I just moved into the community and everything has been great. Maintenance has been quick on answering any maintenance request and the leasing office has been very helpful.
Do not move here. I actually laughed out loud at the more recent one-star review because I literally could copy and paste the review and it would match all my issues. This place has a cockroach infestation, the walls are insanely thin, the amenities are old and break all the time, and the appliances are terrible. I also had a mold infestation in my apartment.
