Never heard of this place
Avalon in San Marcos Ca needs to do a better job with the additional costs for allocated billing which is additional to rent. It’s almost $400 a month more for the 3 bedroom. Could have rented a house cheaper or another apartment that was more up front with the true costs. Really was not made aware of these additional expenses. Terrible!!!
Stopped by the leasing office for a little breakfast they provided. It was our first time going in there for something like this and Mariah was very kind and made us feel welcome. Thank you for all you do Eaves San Marcos!
We stopped by for the Grab and Go breakfast event and were greeted with such a friendly face and a delicious breakfast! We appreciate everything that is done for us at Eaves.
