Management and maintenance very responsive and polite but the W/S/G charges are sky high and make no sense!
Since moving here, I have been loving it! That staff have been extremely welcoming and amazing at helping me get settled. I have felt very safe here. The maintenance crew is wonderful and very hard at work. A huge shout out to Ilyana Mizell! She has been AMAZING!!! She has made my move effortless. She is always friendly and polite. When I leave the office, I always end up having a good laugh with her. This place has been a great place to live at. I really like the location of this property. On off freeway. Tons of shopping and restaurants you can walk to. Lots of parking. Play area and pool. I like the floor plan of the 3 bedrooms. Nice deck. And they take pets.
